Chicago Decal has broken new ground with its’ proprietary Digital Offset Screen Composite Printing (DOSCP).  Here are some of the main features and benefits of this process.

• Eliminates Film and Screen Charges (customers are no longer “tied” to their existing vendors because of huge tooling charges).
• Perfect for prototyping and short runs, but can also be used for production quantities. 
• Great for consecutive numbering and variable data projects. 
• The resolution is an amazing 175 linescreen.  
• Prints on virtually any material, including Lexan, vinyl and polyester.
• Allows customers to see an actual printed piece as a proof (no more printouts or color swatches)
